A civic service, with the Lord Lieutenant, High Sheriff, civic leaders and community representatives from across the County and City. The Bishop of Southwell and Nottingham, the Rt Revd Paul Williams, will preach, and music will be provided by the Cathedral Choir.

Because of the continued risk from COVID-19 and the continuing restrictions, services will be different in some ways from what you may be used to; all services will be held in the nave, and numbers will be restricted.
We have introduced a booking system to help us manage attendance and keep everyone safe. If you would like to attend this service, please book a place using the form below. Or, alternatively, please call the Vergers’ Office on 01636 817290 and leave a message to book your place. Please note – You may only reserve two places when booking for this service. If booking by phone, please do so before 3:00pm on Thursday, to ensure that there is sufficient time to process your booking.
The wearing of face coverings is now mandatory in all places of worship, so please bring a mask or other face covering with you unless you have a valid medical reason for not wearing one.
Online booking opens at midday on 13th April and closes at midnight on the day preceding the service.
