Thursday 26 August, 9.45am
Join our very own local ecologist, Dr Adam Bates from Brackenhurst, Nottingham Trent University for a family friendly investigation of the wildlife habitats that exist around Southwell Minster.
We will look on the stones, on the soil, at the plants and in the air for all sorts of interesting species like lichens, butterflies, bees, and flowers. We will learn about how they are adapted to their surroundings, how they interact with other species and how they are important for us.
This is a free event that is suitable for all ages. Booking is essential as places are limited.
