In this lunchtime concert Carmen Flores (viola) and Richard Hinsley (piano) will be performing original modern classical music composed by Richard and especially arranged for piano and viola. Carmen’s background is rooted in classical music, with her ensemble the Villiers Quartet highly regarded in the chamber music field, and the fusion of differing musical back grounds offered by both performers provides an interesting dynamic to the performance.
Admission to this concert, which lasts approximately 45 minutes, is FREE. There is a retiring collection after the concert, proceeds of which go towards the Minster’s Milo Chorister Fund which helps support the Cathedral Chorister Programme.
