The Black Dyke Band is regarded by many to be the most famous and successful Brass Band in history. Formed in 1855 in the Yorkshire town of Queensbury, the band has won no less than 24 National, 30 British Open and 13 European Championship titles and has recently made history by securing a fifth consecutive Yorkshire Regional Championship title.
