This series begins with a general understanding of wellbeing to exploring the Biblical understanding and discovering how this opens up a much bigger perspective. Discover what is meant by Wellbeing for the World and how it might change your life.
There will be a talk, time for discussion and an opportunity to learn new wellbeing techniques.
Come to be challenged, to learn from one another, to gain new ways of improving our wellbeing and to have fun.
Michèle Hampson is warden of Sacrista and priest at the Minster. She is a retired adult psychiatrist and is advisor to Renew Wellbeing. She has run wellbeing courses in the Derby and the Southwell and Nottingham diocese.
As this is not being held in the house, we are not making a formal charge. However, we are embarking on an extensive renovation programme to help us deliver a better service in the future and all donations are gratefully received. Donations can be made below.
We suggest an offering of £10 for the Wellbeing Course, but we want you to feel free to offer what feels right to you and making a donation is not a pre-requisite to attending the course.
If you complete this donation form, please remember that you also need to separately book a ticket, using the Book Tickets form at the end of the page.
If you registered an account, please enter your details below to login. If this is your first time, proceed to the donation form.
