In a change to the lunchtime concert originally advertised, our concert on Friday 27 February will now be an organ recital given by our Assistant Director of Music, Jonathan Allsopp, to include music by Johann Sebastian Bach, Cesar Franck and Percy Whitlock.
Please note, this particular concert will be held in the Quire.
Admission to this concert, which lasts approximately 45 minutes, is FREE. There is a retiring collection after the concert, proceeds of which go towards the Minster’s Milo Chorister Fund which helps support the Cathedral Chorister Programme. Please pick up a free programme upon your arrival. The concert will be preceded by tea and coffee – available from 1pm onwards.
