The Cathedral is dependent on grants, fundraising, legacies, and generous donations to support its vital present and future mission. The repair and maintenance of the fabric and conservation of Nottinghamshire’s iconic Grade 1 listed medieval building is a proportion of the annual budget but 70% of your gift will support our clergy, musicians, staff and volunteers in their work connecting the cathedral to our diocese and wider community.
Your donation and support makes a difference
In anticipation of your gift – THANK YOU
A donation of £5 will:
- Help us to care for and maintain this precious building
- Support our ministry, mission and pastoral care connected to schools, local churches, our local community and projects in the UK and overseas
- Help us deliver our important work and keep our rich worship and musical traditions alive

It is great to hear the series of organ recitals, as it has been with the services online. Thanks must go to the music department and especially the choiristers working from home supporting the Rector Chori. Very much ooking forward to the return of the Lay Clerks
Thank you so much for your on-line worship over the last 18 months. It has been such a blessing to us and a life-line over these difficult times.
Came to the Minster a couple of weeks ago and want to donate as so many places of worship charge.
We attended this morning for the Mothering Sunday service. You made my Mother’s Day. Thanks
A true and constant friend.
