Jill and Bernard return to the Minster with their engaging performance of folk music and song from across the British Isles. It’s always a delight to hear their fine harmony singing, and contrasting musical arrangements on guitar, flute, concertina, accordion and Northumbrian pipes. Jill will also be treating us to a step dancing display.
Admission to this concert, which lasts approximately 45 minutes, is FREE. There is a retiring collection after the concert, proceeds of which go towards the Minster’s Milo Chorister Fund which helps support the Cathedral Chorister Programme. Please pick up a free programme upon your arrival. The concert will be preceded by tea and coffee – available from 1pm onwards.
