Britten: A Ceremony of Carols
WE CAN CONFIRM THAT THIS CONCERT WILL BE GOING AHEAD TODAY following some snow locally overnight (although there is no snow on the ground here in Southwell).
The Cathedral Choristers, with Thea Maund (harp), perform Benjamin Britten’s timeless A Ceremony of Carols, alongside other music for the festive season.
Admission to this concert, which lasts approximately 45 minutes, is FREE. There will be a retiring collection, the proceeds of which help to fund the Minster’s Organ Scholarship. Please pick up a free programme upon your arrival. The concert will be preceded by tea and coffee – available from 1pm onwards.
