A payment request along with your final itinerary and information will be sent a couple of weeks in advance of your visit. We have beautiful grounds and a shelter for picnics and outdoor play, a room for lunch can be provided in cold or wet weather. Cancellation: Should you need to cancel: £30 admin fee once your booking form is received. 25% of the total once date confirmation has been sent to you (approx. 3 months before the event). 75% of the total if cancellation occurs within one month. If we are able to fill your places, you will only be asked for the admin fee. Should we cancel for any reason, including bad weather, nothing is requested and we try to rearrange. If you wish. Activities are led by the Education team unless stated, materials and resources are included.
