It’s exciting to see the conservation & improvements taking shape around the Minster, carried out by Croft, our brilliant team of contractors, led by Richard (pictured in the Chapter House). The ‘Leaves’ project, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, has accessibility at its heart, and so Croft are busily replacing uneven paths to the west using recycled stone where needed. To the north, a trench is being dug to fit new outdoor lighting, making the whole site safer for thousands of yearly visitor.
