Nottinghamshire County Council Annual Service of D Nottinghamshire County Council Annual Service of Dedication, Sunday 6 July, 3.00pm. This Sunday afternoon sees our annual civic service for Nottinghamshire County Council – an important date on the civic calendar, but also a chance to celebrate all the good work going on throughout our county with representatives of charities and other community groups. Bishop Paul will preach, and all are welcome. Please note the start time of 3.00pm.

Running 3-27 September, TLY2 focuses on what it was like in Britain between the declaration of war on September 3rd 1939 to VE Day on 8th May 1945. Scenes includes major events such as the King’s Speech, The Blitz, the bombing of major cities, the Home Guard, the Women’s Land Army, rationing, and much more. Timed tickets are available to book now from the link below, which also has information about opening times. There will be a small number of tickets set aside each day for walk-ups, but when they're gone they're gone, so it is highly recommended to book your ticket in advance to guarantee entry as capacity is strictly limited. Following the service, there will be a Blessing of the Easter Garden in the Palace Gardens – and also our ever-popular Easter Egg hunt for children!
