Due to the lease expiring, Southwell Minster is seeking experienced Café providers to tender for the running of the on-site Café. This would include (with some exceptions) exclusive rights to the Minster Site for catering purposes.
We would like to hear from experienced catering operators interested in shaping a distinctive offering within this exceptional historic setting. The Café offering will help to support the long-term financial stability of Southwell Minster.
The Minster welcomes approximately 80,000 visitors per year, with ambitions to grow this number through increased tourism and events. We want the Café provider to be an integral part of this journey.
The Expression of Interest is about exploring the potential and shaping an offering that supports the Minster and its future financial sustainability.
