A mixture of returning favourites and new stallhol

A mixture of returning favourites and new stallholders are all lined up for this year’s Winter Craft Fair at Southwell Minster.

Friday 7 November, 4-8pm, includes a prosecco and wine bar 🍾

Saturday 8 November, 10am-3.30pm, hot drinks available ☕️

There will be 60+ stalls selling a wide range of goods in the Minster, as well as an additional 15 in the stunning State Chamber of The Archbishop’s Palace next door (open both days). This is one of the region’s most loved events and is the perfect place to pick up a gift for a loved one whilst helping support independent businesses. Expect jewellery, ceramics, glassware, textiles, hand-crafted cards, food & drink, and much, much more.

Entry: £3 suggested donation (under 16s free)

Just over 6 weeks until Southwell Minster hosts th

Just over 6 weeks until Southwell Minster hosts the world premiere of all 80 panels of The Longest Yarn 2: Britain at War.

On display 3-27 September, these 80 panels of "wool art", each 1m long, show what it was like in Britain between the declaration of war on 3rd September 1939 to VE Day on 8th May 1945.

This includes significant events such the King’s Speech, D-Day, The Blitz, the bombing of major cities, Britain coping with the war, the Home Guard, the Women’s Land Army, rationing, and much more.

There will be a small number of tickets set aside each day for walk-ups, but when they're gone they're gone so best to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
