After a few years away, because of the pandemic, classical guitarist and composer Nick Fletcher will be returning to Southwell Minster to give a classical guitar recital. Nick will be performing some of his own compositions plus music by composers from the classical era Mauro Giuliani an Matteo Carcassi and Fernando Sor. Also exciting south American music by Antonio Lauro and Maximo Diego-Pujol. Nick’s compositions and performances always take the listener on imaginative journeys through history and cultures throughout the world.
Admission to this concert, which lasts approximately 45 minutes, is FREE. There will be a retiring collection, the proceeds of which help to fund the Minster’s Organ Scholarship. Please pick up a free programme upon your arrival.
