‘Twelve Days’ is a new and exciting seasonal collaboration between poet Stuart Henson and musicians John Crawford and Richard Mecia. ’Twelve Days’ is a gathering of twelve poems by Stuart set within Advent and his readings are interwoven with traditional and specially composed music played on violin, diatonic accordion and guitar.
Admission to this concert, which lasts approximately 45 minutes, is FREE. There will be a retiring collection, the proceeds of which help to fund the Minster’s Organ Scholarship. Please pick up a free programme upon your arrival. The concert will be preceded by tea, coffee and biscuits – available from 1pm onwards.
