Going to Southwell Minster in the Middle Ages

Have you ever wondered what it was like in the Minster during the Middle Ages? Find out by joining us for the second International Southwell History and Archaeology Conference.

We welcome keynote speaker Nicholas Orme, Emeritus Professor of History at the University of Exeter and author of recent bestseller Going to Church in Medieval England.

Sessions include:

– Dr Katherine Dixon – Meditation and John Mirk’s Festial: the spoken images, the senses and the sermon
