Following a very successful first Tapas and Wine pairing event in May 2023, Simon and Ganesh are back with their next pop up restaurant in the State Chamber of The Archbishop’s Palace on 13 October 2023.
Simon is an executive chef with the Compass Group and he trained under the celebrated chef Marcus Wareing. Ganesh has been hosting wine tastings in Halam for over 12 years and is the Wine Fellow at the Royal College of Physicians, London. Between them, they have more than 20 years of combined experience in food and wine industry.
Simon will be producing amazing tapas with local and seasonal produce. On this occasion, it will include anchovies, pigeon, butternut squash and much more. He will endeavour to provide vegetarian options, but cannot guarantee that option will be available for every course. Ganesh will be pairing the wines for each course.
