Organathon 2023

Welcome to the 2023 Southwell Minster Organathon!

If you love cathedral music, join us at the Great Southwell Organathon 2023 and help us raise £15,000 to save our magnificent Quire Organ.

The Organ is played nearly every day of the year. It urgently needs a complete overhaul – a bit like an MOT that has to be done every 30 years or so. And this machine costs £230,000 to service! So far we have raised £170,000 for this mammoth project. With your support, we can close in on the £60,000 we have left to go.

There are lots of ways to take part in the Great Southwell Organathon 2023. Please join us in our quest to bring our organ back to life and get it in tip-top shape. We guarantee you’ll have lots of fun along the way.

Thank you for your support.
