Time Travelling Key Stage 2: 2025

Educational Pilgrimage
Monday 10th – Friday 14th March 2025

  • Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you don’t get a space for 10th-14th March, we will be in touch to offer you an alternative date, subject to availability.
  • You will need to arrive at the Minster by 9.45 for a 10am start. The day ends at 2.20pm
  • We ask for a donation of £6.50 per child; accompanying adults are free.
  • You will be notified of your date before Christmas; final information will be sent one month before your visit.
  • Bookings may still be taken after Christmas, if there is space available.
  • You will be asked for 3 possible dates for Time Travelling.

Terms & Conditions

We ask for £6.50 per child for a full day for Key Stage 2 Time Travelling and a payment request will be sent to you with your final information.

Cancellation: Should you need to cancel: £30 admin fee once your booking form is received.
25% of the total once date confirmation has been sent to you (approx. 3 months before the event).
75% of the total if cancellation occurs within one month.
If we are able to fill your places, you will only be asked for the admin fee.

(Rationale: The terms reflect the cost to us of the amount of work undertaken on your behalf at each stage – thank you for your understanding. NB: Should we have to cancel for any reason, including bad weather, nothing is requested and we will try to rearrange, if you wish.)


Activities are led by the Education team unless stated, materials and resources are included.

NB: Every care is taken to ensure that your group stays safe, but the safety, supervision and behaviour of your group remains your responsibility at all times.
