Informal Family Fun
Several times a year we organise family fun days and activities – normally in the summer holidays and February Half Term - as well as popping up at some of our fairs or exhibitions with crafts and trails. Events may be free to drop-in or bookable with a small fee to cover expenses. Events are advertised via our social media platforms, on the website and through posters and flyers in the Minster/ Palace/ Cathedral shop.
If you’re just making a casual visit to the Minster with children in your care, you’ll always find a trail available from our friendly stewards at the welcome desk. Click here to find out more.
Half Term activities: Wild Wisdom Forest School - a unique, gentle outdoor adventure to spark curiosity, creativity & a love of nature.
Palace Gardens, Southwell Minster, 25th, 26th, 27th May 2026 10am-12pm
£15 per child (children must be accompanied by an adult)
