Informal Family Fun

Several times a year we organise family fun days and activities – normally in the summer holidays and February Half Term - as well as popping up at the Bramley Festival of food and drink with crafts and trails. Events are often drop in, no booking needed, although sometimes numbers are restricted, and booking will be necessary. It will tell you on our publicity. Events are advertised via our social media platforms, on the website and through posters and flyers in the Minster/ Palace/ Cathedral shop.

SPACE CRAFT : LET'S MAKE... half-term craft activities

Half-term Space Craft Drop-in -

Saturday 19th and Monday 21st October 2024 - 10:30am - 2:30pm

The moon is coming to the Minster!
Join us in the Minster during half-term for our space-themed drop-in craft sessions.Using a variety of craft materials, we will make a space-themed crafts to take home. Donations of £2 per make. You will need to buy tickets for the Museum of the Moon in the Minster in order to access the craft drop-in. https://www.southwellminster.org/events/event/moon/
All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult over 18 at all times.
All funds from this craft event go towards the Minster Education Team's work with children and young people.
