The Minster may be closed, except for worship and private prayer, but the #Leavesofsouthwell project continues! Excitingly the contractors are back on site. The floor is starting to look like its old self again, except cleaner and with concealed heat and power.

Our outreach activities also continue. It’s not too late to book onto Tuesday’s online talk here https://bit.ly/3i2L3ek with Professor Chris Brooke presenting analysis of the Chapter House medieval paint pigments. On 26th January, the eve of Holocaust Memorial Day, Community Engagement Coordinator Dr Helen Bates offered a talk about Niklaus Pevsner, author of ‘The Leaves of Southwell’.
